- Winner Need NOT Be Present to Win.
- Only engaged couples planning a wedding to be held between April 1, 2012 and March 31, 2013 and who are currently living in the continental United States are eligible to win. The winning couple must be able to provide documentation proving this status.
- Three names will be drawn at the NMDW Winner Announcement Event on March 7,2012 at the Sheraton Albuquerque Uptown Hotel. Entrants will be contacted in the order they were drawn, starting with the first name drawn. In the event that the first name drawn does not respond to our phone call or email within THREE days, the second name will be contacted in the same fashion. Entrants have THREE DAYS from the date they are initially contacted to respond to our phone call or email or they forfeit their winning prize. Should winner be unable to participate for any reason, the next name drawn will be offered the prize.
- Airfare, hotel accomodations, and all related prizes are subject to availability.
- Expiration date for airfare, hotel accommodations and all related prizes is March 31, 2013.
- All related prizes in this giveaway must be used together and are non-transferable.

- Entrants must be engaged couples living in the United States and must posess a valid drivers liscense or ID.
